How it works
Three steps from enrolment to checkout.
Designed for busy counters: enrolment takes under a minute, and every purchase after that takes seconds.
Enrol once
The customer registers with a phone number and a palm scan at any PalmNode terminal. Only an encrypted biometric hash is stored.
Scan at checkout
At the point of sale, the customer places their palm over the terminal. No phone, card, QR code or PIN is needed.
Payment routed securely
The transaction is passed to our payment gateway partner, which completes the payment and settles to the merchant.

Built so that sensitive data never touches our stack.
Palm-vein patterns are internal to the body and cannot be captured from a photograph or lifted from a surface. We pair that with a strict data-minimisation model.
Read our Privacy Policy- Encrypted biometric hashes only. We never store raw palm images.
- No banking data on our systems. We do not collect, store or process card numbers, UPI PINs or bank details.
- Gateway-handled routing. All financial routing is performed securely by our payment gateway partner.
- Minimal personal data. Basic contact information such as a phone number is collected only for account creation.
